How long until I get my physical product after creating on-site?

Most products (sticker machines, fridge magnets, badges, etc.) are generated and printed on the spot — ready in minutes. Some custom items (like golf balls) may take extra production time depending on order volume.

What payment methods are supported?

WeChat Pay and Alipay for domestic orders; Stripe / PayPal for cross-border orders. Exact options shown at checkout may vary.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since products are AI-personalized on the spot, custom items generally can't be returned without a quality issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for quality concerns.

How do I check my order status?

Contact support with the email used at checkout and your order number (e.g. ORD-20260101-0001).
